Dhampir and Dhampir Raze

For game
purposes: The Dhampir and Dhampir Raze's vampire form is more or less the same.
In both cases the dhampir and dhampir raze will be in control of their vampire
form. They both will be able to use their normal powers/abilities and skills in
their vampire form. BUT they both can't use the vampire form's powers/abilities
and skills in their normal form.
The Dhampir and Dhampir Raze R.C. C vampire form grows in
power as it taps into their latent vamparic energies.

Create secondary level vampires
automatically on feeding on live mortal prey. The dhampir has no choice in
this. Every time a dhampir feeds it creates a secondary vampire (as per VK
book). A secondary vampire is created whether or not the dhampir in vampire
form delivered a killing bite or not. There seems to be no difference in
whether the victim is willing or unwilling. The simple act of a dhampir in
vampire form feeding turns a living mortal victim into a secondary vampire,
irrespective if the dhampir in vampire form intended it or not. The Dhampir
is unable to do a “Slow kill”. The vampires created by a dhampir are free,
they have no master, but a Vampire Intelligence maybe able to assert control
over these dhampir created vampires if the Dhampir chooses to serve the
Vampire Intelligence. Bite attk on mortal humanoids on the neck will
automatically be counted as a death blow and is delivered at X3 damage. (In
addition to any other bonuses)

Wielding such raw power in its vamparic form is a huge lure
to most novice dhampirs to forsake all to embrace the darkness. Those young
dhampirs who manage to resist this ecstatic call, have other temptations
beckoning them to abandon their soul. One such is the ability to start a Vampire
coven.
Coven Building
When a dhampir feeds in its vampire form, it kills the mortal
and creates a secondary vampire. Many dhampirs don't intend this to happen and
try to stop creating vampires. However instead of mitigating this from
occurring, dhampirs will learn that they are able to exert influence and control
over the vampires they have created.
Lvl 3: A dhampir can choose to more or less “enslave”
one of the vampires they have created to themselves. This vampire will be at the
command of the dhampir's vampire form, always telepathically and empathically
linked to each other (range of this link is 25 (TWENTY FIVE) meters per Lvl of
dhampir). The “enslaved vampire is -4 to resist dhampir's command, and the
dhampir can enslave one vampire per level.
Lvl 5: The dhampir automatically links to any of the
vampires it creates and once it has at least 5 (FIVE) such linked vampires. The
dhampir’s vampire form will start to increases in power. In game terms the
vampire form's attributes, SDC/HP and powers/abilities increase by 10%. Link is
100 (ONE HUNDRED) meters per Lvl. Enslaved vampires -6 to resist dhampir's
command.
Lvl 7: if it has at least 10 (TEN) vampires linked to
it – it can choose to increase in power physically, SDC/HP and powers/abilities
increase by 20%, or it gains mystic knowledge -Mystically knows all spells up to
its level in one area of magic (Normal spell magic, temporal, sea etc [Pick one
area of magic]. Link is 1 (ONE) mile per Lvl. Enslaved vampires -8 to resist
Dhampir's command.
Lvl 9: if it has at least 20(TWENTY) vampires linked
to it – it can choose to increase in power physically, SDC/HP and
powers/abilities increase by 30%, or it gains mystic knowledge -Mystically knows
all spells up to its level in one area of magic (Normal spell magic, temporal,
sea etc [Pick one area of magic]. Link is 10 (TEN) miles per Lvl. Enslaved
vampires are -8 to resist Dhampir's command.
Lvl 12: if it has at least 40 (FORTY) vampires linked
to it – it can choose to increase in power physically, SDC/HP and
powers/abilities increase by 40%, or it gains mystic knowledge -Mystically knows
all spells up to its level in one area of magic (Normal spell magic, temporal,
sea etc [Pick one area of magic]. Link is 100 (ONE HUNDRED) miles per Lvl.
Enslaved vampires are -12 to resist Dhampir's command.
Lvl 15: if it has at least 70 (SEVENTY) vampires
linked to it – it can choose to increase in power physically, SDC/HP and
powers/abilities increase by 100%, or it gains mystic knowledge -Mystically
knows all spells up to its level in one area of magic (Normal spell magic,
temporal, sea etc [Pick one area of magic]. The dhamipr is linked to their coven
from anywhere on the planet. Enslaved vampire is -16 to resist Dhampir's
command.
Dhampirs also get drawn into creating larger covens because
the whole coven shares the emotions and sensations they experience. The euphoria
and ecstasy they share with each other is incomparable. It's highly addictive
and no feeling rivals the rapture tasted by the dhampir when they feed on live
prey. This exultation is magnified many folds when experienced through a coven.
The butchery done to victims during a coven feeding is unimaginable horrific and
sickening.
The coven represents a respectable face to the public, an
opulent setting for like minded people to indulge in luxurious partying. Behind the harmless façade, unspeakable and beastly depravity is committed on
innocent victims, all in the name of tasting the highs of rare fruits.
The coven go to extremes to sample and create exotic tastes
that they have never tasted before. The coven quickly becomes a haven for all
that is lustful, deprave, decadent and brutal.
Ancient secret societies who have
studied dhampirs speak of the dhamipr's vamparic form being able to become even
more powerful with age and experience. They believe that the dhampir is able to
absorb the undead energies from coven vampires to increase its power even more.
They record instances where the dhampir has sucked many of its coven vampires
dry and to death, just so that it may live. A dhampir is able to do from any
distance form within the limit of its coven link. However this isn't one way
traffic, the coven vampires are also able to get power from the dhampir who
created them, as well as from other coven linked vampires. However they are only
able to take what's given and within limitations of their power and experience.
The dhampir that created the coven is only limited if his coven linked vampires
resist his command.
