Available at levels 5, 10, 15.  Must have tutor/mentor to train in new OCC; must be level 7 plus to teach OCC.

Technowizard occ:

A Technowizard can cast spells through a TW device at twice his level and at half the PPE cost at level one, at Level four he is able to put the spell in TW device at THREE times the strength of his level.  At level seven a technowizard is able to make a spell be cast at QUARTER PPE cost through the TW device he builds. At level Ten a technowizard can make a TW device, with the spells needing as little or as much PPE he desires for it to work, and he can put a spell in at SEVEN times his spell level strength.
